Kyna Resources is the private investment office of David Boardman, the founder and former CEO of Dynamic Brands. Our capital is long-dated and unencumbered by fund cycles, so we can be a steady, low-maintenance partner through the stretch between a company's breakout growth and its public listing or strategic exit.
What we look for.
We concentrate on a small number of growth-stage and pre-IPO companies, through primary rounds and secondary transactions, where the product has already proven itself and the opportunity ahead is still large.
